Rob Roberson II

Rob Roberson II, Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Reasoning, LLC, has more than 15 years of hands-on experience directing a dynamic and fast growing company with approximately 200 employees. Rob has successfully led IR since 2009, and diligently guided IR through market downturns, which has resulted in the exponential growth of the company.

Rob has over 23 years in the Marine Corps, retiring in 2003. Additionally, Rob has extensive experience in all aspects of Operational Logistics, Program Management, and Instruction and Training, and has demonstrated this expertise repeatedly in his leadership role within IR.

Brad Valdyke

Brad Valdyke, Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Reasoning, LLC, has more than 16 years of military, government, and industry experience leading programs of acquisitions, logistics, and training. His proven track record includes delivery of both material technical solutions and operational support capabilities diversely across aircraft systems, ground systems, and business enterprise information technology domains. Having lead efforts in every lifecycle phase; development, test, fielding and operational support, Brad is versed in the range of support IR offers to our customers.

Brad has 21 years in the Marine Corps, retiring in 2006. His reputation for excellence in Program Management leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the Marine Corps Systems Command’s 2005 Team Award for Excellence in Program Management and the 2006 “Larry P. Kreitzer” Outstanding Leadership Award.

Heather Tygart

Heather Tygart, President of Federal Services of Innovative Reasoning, has more than 11 years of experience in government contracting with a strong background in financial management and compliance. Heather holds an Executive MBA from Rollins College.

Steve Holland

Steve Holland, Vice President of Federal Services for Innovative Reasoning, has more than 8 years in government contracting with a strong background in human resources and recruiting. Steve holds multiple master’s degrees from Webster University and retired from the Marine Corps in 2013, after 20 years of service.
